What Málaga Center employees get beyond the convenio minimums.

Beyond the legal minimums set by the Convenio Colectivo, Málaga Center contracts include a set of company benefits. Headline benefits

Benefits amount

A benefits amount tied to your IC / M level, calculated as a percentage of basic salary and capped at €16,000/year. The exact percentages per level are listed in the tool.

Vacation

25 working days of vacation per full year — 3 days above the convenio minimum of 22.

Language reimbursement

Up to €600/year for English or Spanish courses, with an optional TOEIC progress bonus of up to €1,400.
