How we handle your message

  • Confidentiality by default. Council members are bound by the deber de sigilo (Article 65.2 of the Workers' Statute). We won't share your identity or details with the company, HR, or anyone else without your explicit consent.
  • No automated processing. Your message is read by a person, not a system.
  • Response time. Most messages are answered within 2 business days. Urgent matters (disciplinary procedures, dismissal notices, threats of suspension) are prioritised — flag them in the subject line.
  • What happens next. Depending on the matter, we may give you direct advice, refer you to a labour lawyer, escalate to HR on your behalf (with your consent), or convene a full-council vote if the matter affects multiple colleagues.
