A question about your contract, a sanction, a salary discrepancy or any labour matter? Reach the Council confidentially through the dedicated Slack channel or by email. Council members are bound by the deber de sigilo, so your identity and details are never shared without your consent.
Málaga Insights beta launched

The first version of Málaga Insights, a privacy-first salary insights tool built specifically for Málaga Center employees, is now in beta testing with a small group of colleagues. The tool runs entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your device — and covers your career history, inflation impact, scenario simulation, RIF / ERE history, the Convenio Colectivo, and Málaga-specific benefits. Beta access is limited and password-protected.
